Disciples on a Journey: Hungry Hearts Seeking Sweet Food
This event is for Lay Speakers and any lay person who is:
- An active supportive member of a United Methodist Church,
- Eager to serve through the church,
- Well informed on scripture and on the doctrine, heritage, organization and life of the United Methodist Church,
- Committed to witnessing through church and community leadership, care giving ministries and spoken communication,
- Willing to improve his/her skills for service.
The date is Saturday, March 24, 2012, 9:00 a.m. through noon at Brainerd UMC. Registration deadline is March 9. Contact the district office for a registration form. The cost is $15.00.
