Spring Cleaning? Remember the UMW Annual Yard Sale

Save your treasures from your spring cleaning to donate to the UMW annual yard sale.  Proceeds from this major fundraiser will buy food to serve at the Senior Luncheons.  If you have large items to donate that need to be moved from your home now, please contact Betsy McCall or Faylene Wright.  We also welcome any volunteer help.

Dessie Massey Scholarship Applications

It's time to apply for one the Dessie Massey Scholarships for 2012 - 2013.  These applications are in the narthex.  Complete both sides of the application.  These are due June 1st.  You can place these in the scholarship box in the church office.  Scholarships must be applied for each year.

Possible summer worship service at Cloudland Canyon State Park

During the summer we are hoping to be able to lead worship service at Cloudland Canyon State Park for campers and visitors.  These services would be on Sunday mornings before Sunday School.  We are looking for people who would be willing to help lead services by preaching, singing, or being a worship leader.  If you are interested in helping minister to those visiting our area in this way please let Pastor Mark or Jim Bowen know.

Graduating Students

We need to know of any student graduating from high school or college within the church so we can celebrate their achievement.  Please let Jo Ann know as soon as possible.
